Air Fryer Black Channa Chaat

Ingredients
 • 1 cup boiled black chickpeas (kala channa)
 • ½ tsp chilli powder
 • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
 • ½ tsp salt
 • ½ tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
 • 1 tsp olive oil

For garnish
 • 2 tbsp chopped onion
 • 2 tbsp grated carrot
 • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
 • Lemon juice – to taste

Method
 1. Take boiled black chickpeas in a bowl and lightly smash them.
 2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and dry mango powder.
 3. Drizzle olive oil and mix well.
 4. Spread in the air fryer basket.
 5. Air fry at 170°C for 6 minutes.
 6. Garnish with onion, carrot, coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Healthy, protein-rich and perfect as a quick evening snack!

Methi Chicken Tikka – Air Fryer

Ingredients
• 250 g chicken (boneless pieces)
• 3 tsp curd
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• 1½ tsp tandoori masala
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
. 1 tsp ginger paste 
. 1 tsp gatli  paste
• Salt to taste
• A handful fresh methi leaves (finely chopped)

Method
 1. In a bowl, add chicken, curd, chilli powder, tandoori masala, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and fresh methi leaves.
 2. Mix well so the chicken is evenly coated.
 3. Marinate for at least 1 hour for best flavour.
 4. Arrange the chicken in a lightly greased glass or ceramic tray.
 5. Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes.
 6. Turn the pieces halfway for even cooking.

⚠️ Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken pieces.

Serve hot with onion slices and lemon juice.

• 1 cup raw peanuts
• 3 tbsp besan (gram flour)
• 1 tbsp rice flour
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ¼ tsp hing
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil
• 2–3 tbsp water

Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
