How to Cabbage Vada/Cabbage Fritters

I should tell this, When I was in my school days, me and my friend wants to try some new recipe, at that time I had a Tamil cook book with this recipe, and we both made this vada at my home(Mom’s Kitchen), Also I remember that we served this vada with Curd Chutney which was a very new taste for us. Here Joe got bored with our regular cabbage fry, and we are back after our vacation by two days back, only cabbage is there to cook, Instead of preparing the same cabbage recipe tried this vada for a change. The menu was white rice with puli kulambu and cabbage vada for our lunch. Also this vada will be a super hit pair with a cup of hot Chai.
