How to make Mushroom Soup

Mushroom Soup, Filling soup it was, rich in taste with white sauce, When we started the soup series, never know we will go mad on love with Soup, we are in soup mania now.. day by day I started thinking more about soups..

I’m Much more interested in Soup series, even i want t continue this soup trails after the event too.. or we have to discuss further to carry on the Soup series.. I couldn’t make out  a good photograph since tat was happened in a peek morning and all are hurry to grab the soup bowl here, with excess light my photos went too flash.. Mushroom are rich in protein, very good substitute of chicken, this vegetable is super delicious in any form, I love mushroom in all form, hope this post helps you for learning a new soup, and for sure this soup series had a great go on my Blogging path..

Mushroom Soup

Recipe Cuisine: Indian | Recipe Category: Soup
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook time: 30 mins | Serves: 4

Ingredients

Mushroom 1/2 cup chopped
Oil(Gingelly/Olive) 2 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Onion 1/4 cup chopped
Garlic  4-5 pods chopped
Carrot 1 small sliced
Butter 2 tsp
Maida/All purpose Flour 1 tsp
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Milk 2 cups
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves 2-3 springs

Method

Heat a pan with oil, Temper with Jeera,  fry the onions till they turns pink

Add in the Garlic and sauté for a while

Add in the sliced carrots..

Followed by Chopped mushrooms..

Once the veggies and mushrooms got shrieked, add in water and allow to boil(approximately 3-4 cups of water)

Add in the pepper powder and salt.. Let them cook in high flame foe few mins.. need to simmer the soup..

Take a pan, heat up the butter..

Add in the maida/All purpose Flour.. Sauté for a  while,  fry the butter and flour without burning them..

Slowly add a cup of milk, whisk vigorously to the pan. so that no lumps will form.. add rest of the milk allow to boil, you can see a rich creamy sauce is getting ready for the yummy soup..

Here is the Well cooked Mushroom soup..

Add soup into the white sauce..

Cook for few mins, check for salt, and in the pepper powder(if Need), and coriander leaves to the Soup

Notes:

  • Always serve Soup in Hot
  • Adjust the taste by Pepper powder.
  • Can add More Veggies of your choice..
