And this series is to bring back the spirit and boosting our blogging energy

My Little one turns 4th month, I’m bit relaxed and happy to connect with my work, that was a Bright Sun-shined Evening, Got a Call form Priya, Discussing out of technical talk for more than 15 mins, we both had a similar thought to open up this Series, I was so happy to join with her, Specially for this topic I Jumped to the high. I’m very anxious about my pregnancy weight. Back to back two c-section, it took a bit delay to gain my health back, reducing my excess fat and to gain my health back, and both on a same time this is such a good choice for me to go, and other than i can come back to work as well.
Okay Back to my special Clear soup, this is a Body Cleanser, Who are all in love with Fitness, will look for a recipe like. As i mentioned above, Having the Food in Modern Method, My recipe suits well to it, This calls for one pot soup, Clear Tonic.. I Bet you All Regular intake of This soup will bring a big change in your food habit, no sautéing, no need to chop finely, no grinding, just in a blink you can make out this soup… please excuse me, if my recipe is damn too simple(Off-course check out the Name “EASYCOOKING”), My Mom in Law(MIL) introduce this Clear soup to me, and i don’t want to leave the healthy habit which i learned from her, this is my very first work in Early morning, Washing vegetables for soup, roughly chop them so on….. what ever platers we do this Clear soup is a part of our Breakfast time..Here is the Recipe form Priyas Page “Mushroom Soup” Click on it to read her interesting soup..

Spinach Clear Soup/Mulaikeerai Soup/முளைகீரை சூப்

Ingredients
MulaKeerai | 1 cup or one handful |
Coriander Leaves | 3-4 springs |
Mint Leaves | 3-4 springs |
Curry Leaves | 2 springs |
Raddish | 1 inch pc |
Beans(of any type) | 2-3 nos |
Ladies Finger | 4-5 nos |
Water | 3 cups |
Ingredients For Cear Soup Base
Pearl Onion/Red Onion/Small Onion | 4-5 pcs |
Garlic | 3-4 pods |
Tomato | 1 medium |
Pepper Powder | 1 tsp |
Jeera seeds/Jeera Powder | 3/4 tsp |
Salt | as needed |
Method
Here is the ingredients listed above, you can add more vegetable of your choice.. Wash the spinach,mint leaves and coriander leaves in running water to wash out the mud/dirt in it..
Roughly chop the washed and cleaned vegetable, grab every thing in a pressure cooker(this is a one pot recipe) add 3 cups of water to it, if you want more then add more water, or if you add more vegetables, then add water till they immerse.. Add the Salt, Pepper powder and Jeera powder/Jeera, Cover the pan and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.. Release the pressure and Boil again if needed(if there is more water)
Drain the soup in stainer and squeeze out the Soup well

Notes
- You can add carrot, Beetroot, Drumstick,or any other vegetable of your choice..
- Adding more pepper will enhance the hotness of the soup.
- Dont skip the Soup base ingredients..
