Sweet Diamond Biscuit/Maida Biscuit

Ingredients
Maida/APF | 1 cup |
Powdered Sugar | 1/2 cup |
Baking Soda | 1/4 tsp |
Ghee | 1/2 – 1 tsp |
Salt | a pinch |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Method
Take Flour in a mixing bowl..
Add the powdered sugar and Baking soda..
Drizzle some ghee into the mixing bowl..
Mix them well, for a even spread, Here i mentioned the ingredient which i added to the bowl..
Slowly sprinkle few drops of water and start knead the dough..
Knead a soft dough and set aside for 10 mins
Take a lemon sized dough, dust them with some flour..
Evenly spread the Dough
Cut this into diamond shape using a cutter or use a knife
Heat a pan with some oil, add the pieces one by one, deep fry them
Flip and cook all the sides of the biscuit..
Drain them into the colander or in a kitchen towel..
