Very happy to reach this milestone.. happiness of sharing the continuous post can’t be explained, but without my readers support I’m not, These blogging keeps my mind fresh and active.. and now about Recipe, Mom prepare this with recipe with sweet version, this is my first time i tried the savoury crackers..Jess Love this crunchy Crackers.. i add generous amount of ajwain to this recipe, since my little ones favourite rite..
Spicy Diamond Cuts

Ingredients
Maida/APF | 1.5 cups |
Ajwain/Omam | 1 tsp |
Chillie Powder | 1 tsp |
Ghee/butter | 1 tsp |
Asafetida/Hing | 1/4 tsp |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Method
Take the Flour, Chillie powder, Ajwain,Ghee/Butter, Salt, Asafoetida in a mixing bowl..
Sprinkle very little amount of water and knead the dough.. Set aside for 10-15 mins..
Sprinkle some flour to dust the dough and divide the dough into equal parts.
Grease with some oil and roll them out, cut them into pieces, i used my small cutter.. you can use knife too..
Heat a pan with oil, Fry these bites.. drop one by one into the hot oil..
Flip and cook till they turn golden color.. put the flame in medium flame and cook the crunches..
Drain them from oil and spread them in kitchen towel or in a colander.. Store this in airtight container..
