You will not believe the taste of this fabulous recipe, usually capsicum recipes will have the Capsicum flavour, here the groundnut and coconut paste are dominate the capsicum flavours, I have googled a lot for this recipe, but I didn’t get a exact preparation. Finally followed my apartment friend’s instruction the end result which I got was the same taste which I tasted in my friend’s recipe.

Ingredients for Stuffed capsicum curry

Ingredients

Capsicum 500gms(8-10 nos)
Oil 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed(Little Amount)
Green chillies 3-4 nos

For masala

Ground nut 1/4 cup
Dry Coconut(Kopara) 1/4 cup
Green chilli 5-6 nons
Till Seeds/Yeallu 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 1 spring
Salt as needed for masala

Step by step instruction for Capsicum stuffed curry recipe

Method

1. Take the Ground nuts in a bowl, Microwave for 3 mins in High/100P, if you don’t have Microwave, Then dry roast in the Stove top.

 2. After 3 mins, the groundnut skin will have cracks, wait until they cool.

 3. Crush the roasted groundnuts with your hands and remove the skin.

 4. Capsicum(Country Capsicum/Natti Capsicum), looks little smaller in size than the normal capsicum normally get these variety capsicum in directly from the market.

 5. Take all the ingredients to grind..

 6. Grind them in a mixer by adding salt, and water..

 10. Heat a wide pan with oil, And drop the capsicum in to the oil..

 14. Once they start to shrink, the masala’s will come out, if not give a mix and check for salt and add if needed.. Slit the green chillies and drop them to the Curry..Sprinkle some water in this stage..

 15. Put the flame to high and make them dry.. and once you off the flame all the oil will absorb by the masala..
